Her work as Founder of the OYAYONE Foundation is complementary to the Government’s agenda to deliver inclusive economic growth and shared prosperity, under the overarching theme of poverty eradication.

The incumbent Deputy Executive Director in the Ministry of Public Enterprises, Louise’s professional experience ranges from working as Director for Performance Management in the Office of the Prime Minister and Deputy Team Leader for the GIZ/Millennium Challenge Account, Funded Land Project in the Northern Regions of Namibia, among others.
Louise is pursuing her PHD in Strategy & Leadership and holds, among others, a Master Degree in Administration and Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Consultancy. Louise is a staunch women’s activist, motivational speaker and passionate community and traditional leader.
Hinasha is a Chartered Secretary, Legal Advisor to the national bulk water supply utility (NamWater) and an admitted Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia with over 10 years post admission experience.
A seasoned governance expert, Hinasha is an executive member of the Namibia Women Lawyers Association (2022) with experience in policy review and contributing towards legislative drafting at the national level.
A qualified Chartered Accountant with proficiency and professional acumen developed from her experience in various industries. Rochelle is passionate about corporate governance, auditing and financial reporting. Her interest also lies in contributing to sustainable development initiatives for the empowerment of women.
Ndeshi is pursuing a Doctorate in Public Health and has a solid background in public health operational research. She is well experienced with coordination and management of health programmes, with strong emphasis on monitoring and evaluation, reporting, surveillance and training.
Ndeshi has over 13 years experience in implementing donor and government funded programs in Namibia and other SADC countries like Botswana and South Africa. Additionally, she has strong skills and solid experience in research protocol development.
Sara Mezui Engo heads up the Alternative Investments Unit at the Government Institutions Pension Fund of Namibia with committed capital allocated globally to the Alternatives Programme totalling N$22.8 Billion. The Alternatives programme comprises of unlisted investments in Real Estate; Infrastructure and Private Equity.
Sara holds Investment Management and MBA degrees from the University of Stellenbosch and Stellenbosch Business School, respectively. She is a multi-skilled Investment Professional with over 12 years of experience in both the Listed and Private Debt & Equity investment landscape from Institutional Investor; Asset Management and Corporate backgrounds.
Sara serves on the Board of the Retirement Funds Institute of Namibia and is a Commissioner on the Law Reform and Development Commission where her contributions seek to champion Namibia’s socio-economic footprint.
Tuwilika is an HIV & GBV Advocate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Clinical Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Affairs. Tuwilika believes it is her responsibility to participate in the process of finding solutions to the social issues affecting communities and shows up daily, with an extra dose of inner strength, determination and resilience to get the job done.
